Producing Artistic Director • Director • Actor • Community Connector
Mission
I believe theatre should feel like coming home.
A place where people are welcomed fully, challenged thoughtfully, and reminded of their own capacity for wonder. My work lives where artistry meets community: building spaces where bold storytelling thrives, where artists feel truly supported, and where audiences return because they feel seen.
Whether producing, directing, or performing, my goal is simple: lead with care, create with integrity, and build the kind of theatre that changes people — even a little.
About Patrick
Patrick Cannon is a Pittsburgh-based Producing Artistic Director, director, and actor whose work blends creative vision with strategic, long-term leadership. As Artistic Director of Little Lake Theatre, he has produced 41 productions, guiding the company through record-breaking seasons, expanding its educational programming, strengthening community partnerships, and growing its audience with a renewed commitment to accessibility and artistic excellence.
Patrick’s artistry and leadership are grounded in the belief that theatre, whether in a barn or a 550-seat civic auditorium, should be deeply human, wildly creative, and rooted in community. He champions theatre that is joyful, rigorous, and built to last.
